SittingSpa® Stress-Management & Mindfulness Workshops
Back pain is the second most common reason that employees miss work! That’s because we all sit too much these days, hunched over computers and phones, which causes chronic back pain and “tech neck.” People hold their stress in their body and forget to stretch. Table massage can be expensive and time-consuming.
SittingSpa® is a portable massage in a pouch that reduces back pain, shoulder strain, tech neck and carpal tunnel syndrome. You can use SittingSpa at your desk, in the car, on the plane or during yoga/meditation. Our Wellness Workshops and Keynote Presentations help employees learn how to tune into where in their bodies they carry stress and release it through stretching, acupressure (with a SittingSpa), reflective writing and discussions.
- Swimming in stress: attendees self-assess their level of stress on a spectrum.
